This policy covers the Rug Rat Radar website and Telegram bot. Rug Rat Radar is the public-facing name used by its individual sole-proprietor operator.
Plain-English privacy notice
We do not ask for wallet signatures, seed phrases, private keys, credentials, wallet permissions, or custody access. Do not submit those items or unnecessary personal information through the bot, feedback, or Discord.

Operational records may include Telegram user and chat identifiers, an optional Telegram username or user label, commands, token queries, scan history, watchlists, alert settings, feedback, timestamps, delivery records, rate-limit events, and bot error records.
To return scan history, send watchlist alerts to the original chat, enforce public-beta limits, debug failures, and protect the bot from abuse.
No wallet connection, no signatures, no seed phrases, no custody access, and no trading permissions.
Use /feedback privacy request ... in the same Telegram account or chat, or follow the Support page. Include enough account/chat context to identify records. Requests are reviewed manually; records can be removed or deactivated where operationally feasible and subject to security, abuse-prevention, and backup lifecycle needs.
Scans may use third-party market, token, wallet, and risk data providers. Their own policies apply when you open external chart or research links.
Retention follows active feature needs, service reliability, security and abuse prevention, incident investigation, and the backup lifecycle. Data is not retained to build trading profiles. Backups are private runtime files and age out through the operational backup lifecycle.
